Executive Director

The Executive Director is the CEO of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Neighborhood Family Center.  The ED reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives.  The ED is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures set forth by the Board of Directors as well as annual goals and objectives and the financial program, and administrative management of the Corporation.  This is an exempt position in accordance with the Department of Labor Standards.  Salary is set annually by the Board of Directors.  Benefits include Health, Life, Dental and more.
