Restaurant Manager for the Spotted Donkey Cantina
Responsible for all food and beverge production and service for the restaurant.
Currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Restaurant Manager for our specialty restaurant.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory type position within restaurants with knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service. Should possess hands on attitude with excellent communication and interspersonal skills.
Directly supervise the Bar and Restaurant Supervisors. Plan and implement forecasts, hire, train and supervise associates releavant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of guests are consistently exceeded.
